Do you have a micro USB cable? If so, connect one end to Apple TV's micro USB port and
the other end into the computer where iTunes is running. Note: you will need power to do
this so make sure the power adaptor remains connected and is functional. iTunes should

I can not get out of the dialog with the remote control and itunes does not
recognize my apple tv.
