As I understand it, you simply need to put the four items (well, five--don't forget to grab VoiceOver too, so you get sounds) in a stack. That is, 1,1; 1,2; 1,3; and so on. They should all be on the same X coordinate. Then, place your record block at something like 5,3, which should be a flat enough angle for all the sources to connect. Remember that the key is to have the angle between any input and any output be less than 45 degrees from the X axis; anything more and it won't connect.
