Boot camp is not VM 7.

hello everyone my name is Krysti and I have a genuine copy of windows 8.1 pro 
and wanted to bootcamp my mac for the work i'm doing for my friends business 
(currently using vm fusion 7 pro) but when I tried to do it the last time it 
wouldn't work it kept giving me drivers not found error I was trying to install 
from usb what would everyone suggest I do I bought it via iso file any help
