Hi Anne. Thank you for confirming. Will you report this bug Anne? In the meantime I have figured out that there is a work arround, use command option control e and command option control shift e, when you will navigate between misspelled words with the voiceOver function, you can as usual use vo+shift+m and find the suggestions.
