Hi there As you may know, the author of the pdf file has to make it accessible (or a sighted user using PDF Pen must somehow do it) before we can fill out forms. Most of the accessible ones I have encountered were done by some government outfit like IRS or the state, or an organization that deals with blind guys. So, what is the source of this file? If it is some private company, you are probably right about it not being where you can do it. You probably can read it just fine.
