I agree with Kim. I had to play a form of chess trying to outsmart the system in to moving apps around to where I wanted them. It was very timely too, as the list of Apple apps that they put on your phone that you can't remove got an adition for me in the form of the Apple Watch app. Just another app I was more easily able to move to the "useless apps" folder.
