Hi,

I don’t believe so.  I didn’t see anything in the verbosity section that would 
affect the saying of that phrase.  Although, I guess if you told the VO 
Dictionary to only apply that pronunciation when in the Mail app, you may not 
have as many problems as I thought you might.
