Hi, You certainly could give Apple Support a call, although, I’d venture to say that it would primarily be for registering feedback. As far as I can tel, it’s not related to anything problematic with your installation, it’s just the way iCloud is set up at the moment. Feedback is a good thing though, as maybe it will help to hasten them addressing this limitation.
