I did find the program to be pretty good, but my issues were: 1. ABBYY could not work with scanners being used over the network according to ABBYY. So, my HP all-in-one running over the network using HP Scan Pro to drive the scanner would crash. 2. And this isn't quite a complaint, but I never could seem to get at the preferences. That menu item always was dimmed out and I couldn't figure out why and nor did I get an answer from support on this. Were you able to access the preferences?
I will however say it did work as far as the quality of the OCR it did perform. On Oct 26, 2009, at 2:29 AM, Jake wrote: > > Hi there > I have it and it works great.
