Normally once you insert the CD, you are prompted as to whether you would like to import the CD or not. If you have disabled this feature, once the CD is inserted, it will show up in the sources list and once you have selected that item, you can navigate to the right, passed the songs table, and you will encounter the import button. If you wish to change this feature so you are prompted each time a CD is inserted, command-comma will bring up the preferences, you will probably be on the General tab and if not, you can locate this by interacting with the toolbar, and VO-spacebar to select the General tab once you locate it, then simply navigate to that option and check the box. It is nearly the last item in the list of options in the General tab.
