Hi, In QuickTime, use the Export feature. If you select iPhone, iPad and AppleTV, it will compress it considerably smaller. I had a 2.69 GB .mov file that would export to either 800 MB, 600 MB or 200 MB. Using those compression factors, you should be able to reduce the size of your movies considerably.
