I don't know why those buttons aren't labeled in your version.  I'm  
still running Leopard, no Snow here, and those radio buttons are  
labeled for me.  Once you select one of those, you'll have to his  
command T or the Shutter button, so get all the stuff you want in the  
frame and ready to go before you do that.  I also don't know if, when  
recording a movie clip, how long it is or whether or not sound is also  
recorded.  You've about reached the limit of my knowledge of this app,  
save if you want to E-mail those photos to someone; I can explain  
that, I think.
