The internals are identical--processor, NFC, wifi, LTE, bluetooth, Touch ID, 
all that. The main differences are the battery, screen size, and the inclusion 
of image stabilization in the 6 Plus. The 6 has that, but it's all software; 
the Plus has hardware to do the stabilizing, which people say makes it better 
for photos.
