has anyone found a good way to give presentations using a PDF document with Voice Over? My problem with the Apple Preview is that it shows artefacts when scrolling through the document while VO is active. An ideal solution would be to get the same effect as with a laser pointer i.e. a highlighting of the line or word where the VO curser is currently located.
