The Shopping Cart was replaced with the Wish List. So, anything you had previously in your shopping cart has been moved to the wish list. You can access this list by going to the sources table, choosing iTunes store, navigate to where you hear your iTunes user ID/account info, navigate once more to the right and you'll find a button labeled menu, and VO-spacebar on the menu and you will locate the wish list within the menu.
