Hi, There are a couple of things that could be going on. First, it’s possible that your router has some of the necessary protocols blocked within its firewall settings. but, before diving into that sort of thing, I’d try turning the feature off on your iPhone, then back on and do the same on your Mac. I’ve seen some situations where it didn’t connect properly on the initial setup but after resetting it in this sort of manner, things began to work. Also, do you know if FaceTime calls work properly on your Mac when not using this feature?
