Hi, 1. Have you used it before or is it brand new out of the box?
2. That key combination is unnecessary at this point and possibly flawed. 3. As mentioned, if it is brand new out of the box, then first, unplug it, leave it unplugged for about 30 seconds, plug it back in, wait about 10 seconds, then plug it back in. Wait another 10 seconds then hit the power button to turn it on. Wait 30 seconds to a minute, then press cmd-f5 to turn on VoiceOver and follow the setup prompts. 4. If you have used it before and this is a new issue, what kind of keyboard are you using? Any other devices connected? Later...
