Hi, To make mobile calls from your Mac, the process is quite simple. On your iPhone's FaceTime preferences, area, you need to enable the option that allows cellular via FaceTime. On the Mac side, the same option needs to be enabled. Also, note that both devices need to have their Bluetooth radios turned on, as well as being on the same WiFi network for this to work. Note that iCloud is used in this case to manage the Bluetooth pairing process, so the two devices need to be signed into iCloud using the same Apple ID for this, as well as all other continuity features work.
