Hi, You shouldn’t need the cmd key in this combination. The combination VO-shift-left and VO-shift-right have been used to move to the top or bottom respectively since VO came to life. Most of us would also need to add the FN key if the checkbox is not checked in the Keyboard pane of System Prefs pertaining to Function key usage. One should also note that you will have to have interacted with the specific table in order for this to work.
