Hi there,

If this is inaccessible than maybe we need to point that out to the programmer. 
 This program is used in very big production settings such as Serius satellite 
so I am sure he would be happy tot hear this and maybe make some changes.  If 
you don’t mind I’ll use this email to point those out to him.
