Hi there I realize this is another organization than the one I dealt with before, but I must say that I have had less than satisfactory results using the web version of electronic filing. I think it is easier for some people than others, especially if you have more complications on a return and have to go back and fix things. In this case, the program is saving the file on my computer. The only trouble is, I can't figure out how to get back to put in some of my business expenses. The program asked me for some of them, but then I was going to have to get the paid version. (Those of us with certain types of expenses have to do that, whether we file with a web version or not.) I found that out last year.
A lot of people won't have to pay, whether they file on the web versions or not, but that doesn't apply to me. Lucky me.
