Is this a single behind-the-ear headset, or a stereo headset, and is there a podcast on how to work it? I got a bluetooth headset to use with my phone, that says you can move backwards and forwards between tracks, but it only has 3 buttons to control the power/volume, so can't get that function to work, so may look into getting this one, and give this one to someone else if I can't get the one I have to work.
