Hi. I have been using Be My Eyes for the past few days and, in general, I have been more than satisfied. However, I have encountered several situations in which I had to wait ten minutes or so before I was able to speak with a sighted volunteer.
Some of my sighted friends would like to become Be My Eyes volunteers. One person who signed up to be a sighted volunteer lamented that she had not received a single call. She has an iPhone. My question is from her. She wants to know if Be My Eyes can run in the background or whether she has to have the program open.
