as a thought it might be worth a way to put voiceover to sleep some how when 
you cycle through so if you command tab to vmware it goes to sleep/stops and if 
you cycle back to say mail then it wakes up and resumes working. Not 
complaining here just suggesting since i know of other screen readers that go 
to sleep if they’re needed to rather then staying awake if muted and 
interupting keystrokes.
