That's fine Shawn. When someone who has working ears, as well as eyes, is available to help me, then they can call someone to get get help for it. At this point, I can actually still rely on my pin dot better than my hearing, which really doesn't work at all on phones or other electronic equipment. In order for what you are recommending to work, someone would have to type your words out so I could read them. Rather slow and tedious that is. ,
