Hmmm. Do you have cursors tracking each other? I ask this as I’m trying to determine where focus may be when the double-tap is applied. When I was testing, VO focus was in the text area, thus, when my thumb did a double-tap action, either nothing happened or a Contextual menu appeared, for which the Escape key got me out of.
