Hello Andrew.

You can change aliases using your iOS.

When composing a message, On the from field, double tap on the from field.

You may have to do this twice in order for this to work.

Then, go to the body of the message. Before you type, there are a list of 
emails that you will find, pick the one you want, double tap, and moved back to 
the body of the message.

I hope this makes sense.
