Hi,
I have more or less given up on Libre or any other openoffice project. The long
standing show stopper that means you can’t read an entire page or edit it
because the programming makes voiceover see the document as multiple edit boxes
one for each line or paragraph makes it as close to impossible to work with as
it gets. Too bad, because i would have liked to edit and save to word documents
directly instead of having to ”export” to word from Pages, but there seems to
be no interest in fixing this dealbreaker. Alright, i hear the defenders of
opensource software say, you could always change the app yourself because it’s
”free” and all that jazz, well i openly admit that i am an idiot when it comes
to programming in any shape, size or form so it doesn’t matter at all to me if
the program is opensource or not, because i have to ask for help in any case
and i don’t have anyone to help me who can code and i can’t afford to pay
anyone to do it, so there we have it. This is why i’ve given up on Libreoffice.
/Krister
