Cheers! Unfortunately I deleted iWorks '09 from both my mac and its trash. I 
spent the best part of half an hour trying to update. All the time it kept 
saying, "no updates available". Even more frustrating; I could not manually 
check for updates in each of the apps. I ended up resetting the application 
using Clean My Mac 2. So gave up in the end.
