Hi there You may know this, but make sure you have the 2013 version and not the 2009 version of pages. I say that because one time I thought I was in the 2013 version, only to find out that I had open the file in the 2009 version. The 2009 version is a real pain as far as I'm concerned, but I like the 2013 version okay. Gigi Firth
