I use Yufukoru as my twitter client on the Mac. It works great as far as accessibility is concerned, but I have one question. If Twitter is particularly active, and VoiceOver continuously says how many rows are being added every time new tweets come in, this seems to prevent me from reading the current tweet successfully. Is there a way to have a sound play to alert me of new tweets instead of VoiceOver constantly saying one row added and cutting off the current tweet? Thanks.
