Hi Alex,
For audio editing, I use around-the-ear headphones, Sony MDRV6s, that sound 
great. They have a reputation for having a sound that doesn't mask the 
qualities of the original audio source. I wouldn't exactly call them mobile 
headphones, though they do fold up for transport or storage. For something a 
little lighter, I'd recommend the Sennheiser PX200, on-the-ear closed cup 
headphones. Sennheiser makes these with an in-line remote and microphone for 
use with iOS devices and Macs. Both are more towards the top of your budget but 
well worth it in my opinion.
