You may recall that, yesterday, I posted that iTunes movies extras could be
accessed via one's iPhone. However, I have discovered a problem. When I
connected my iPhone to my 7.1 channel AV receiver via the HDMI cable, I found
that the iTunes extras simply would not play. The time bar stuck at zero
seconds of play time and would not move. When I again tried to play the iTunes
extras through my iPhone directly, I found I could do so. I was going to
change this Mac book pro for a new Mac mini and hook it up in my living room as
a mkultimedia tank, but, if I cannot play iTunes extras in to my equipment,
frankly, what's the point? So, therefore, let me ask those of y'all who have
an Apple TV box something. Do any of y'all have movies which have iTunes
extras and, if so, can you play those iTunes extras while your Apple TV is
connected to an HDTV via the HDMI cable? If so, would I be better off going
for that new Mac mini and connecting it directly to my 7.1 channel system and
to my HDTV or would I be better off springing for an Apple TV box instead?

Sincerely,
The Constantly Barefooted Ray,
Still a very happy Mac and Verizon Wireless iPhone 6+ user!
Sent from my Mac,
the only computer with full accessibility for the blind built-in and fully
protected by ClamXav Antivirus!
