Hello George,

As I stated in my message, I could only confirm the fix for iOS 7.12 running on
a 5 S.

Actually, a friend just contacted me and has confirmed that the fix works on
her 4 S running 7.12, also.

I am truly sorry if the fix does not work on your phone.

Just so you know, the following is a reply I received earlier today from
LookTel.

Dear Mark,

We are pleased to announce that an update to the LookTel Money Reader (version
2.4.2) has been released to the App Store with improved iOS 7 and 8 support.

You can find the update at the link below:

Thank you for your patience,

End Reply.

That's all I know, for now.

Mark

Hello Phil,

No worries.

LookTel pulled the app from the App Store, temporarily, I'm sure, until they
can get a working version up and running.

This is a good thing for two reasons:

1.
This protects those who have not yet updated from the previous version.

2.
Those of us who downgraded to the previous version, will not constantly be
annoyed by seeing the 1 new update available badge on the App Store icon.

Mark

Money reader was crashing constantly, so I rebooted the phone, deleted it out
of the app switcher, and still it crashes constantly and is unusual\ble. So, I
deleted it and tried to reinstall it, but I can’t friend it in the app store. A
search for looktel only brings up the recognizer app, and the VO tutorial app.
Any ideas? It’s the best app I’ve ever owned and I want it back!
Again, this is under IOS7.x, not IOS 8
