First, a quick correction to Phil's message: the keys to press are control and 
option, not command and option. On a MacBook, these are the middle two of the 
group of four keys on the left side of the spacebar.

Second, someone mentioned www.applevis.com as a resource. It is definitely a 
great place to visit, but I wanted to offer a link specifically for new Mac
