Hi,

To download the SD quality movie, press VO-shift-m when focused on the given 
movie, navigate down to the Video Quality item then choose SD from the 
sub-menu.  now if you press download, the Standard Definition version will be 
downloaded or if you simply wish to stream it, the SD version will be streamed.
