iCloud pricing has come down. If memory serves it is now: 5GB: $0 per month 20GB: $0.99 per month 200GB: $3.99 per month 500GB: $9.99 per month 1TB: $19.99 per month
This is more expensive than Dropbox, but it does let you keep everything in one place, from your iOS cloud backups to emails to files and folders. Signing into your iCloud account and enabling Mail is all it takes to get your mail set up and on your new (or newly clean-installed) device. Now, the same is true of your iCloud files. No more downloading and configuring Dropbox, just enable include Drive and you're done.
