Hi Barry, I don’t think it is. For one, it says vertical layout, not vertical text. Secondly, I was told when I printer with horizontal layout that my page was in landscape layout. When I then printed in vertical layout, I was told that I had fixed the problem and my page was in portrait layout.
I have now reported this to Apple Accessibility as well.
