I have a very interesting problem with a particular contact. I entered all her information properly and she has an iPhone 5 at least I am sure. Thing is, somehow, the Facetime options for this contact are unchecked and dimmed out so I cannot check them. This is the case for only this contact. I have been through all the settings with which I am familiar and I can see no adjustments to make. Perhaps there is something I am overlooking?
