This is done by hitting command + control followed by cmd + f5. To move back to the mac I turn VO on with cmd + control followed by cmd + f5. Then I go into the application chooser with vo + F1 F1. The other thing I find helpful is not to go into full screen mode because it removes the menu bar. I use the virtual machine menu to shut down windows. Let me know if you have further questions.
