try installing jaws 11 and see what hapens with the video intercept issue.
  
 but yeah that's an error I got this morning with fusion 2 and an xp install
/ jaws 10. it worked fine within vm fusion 1.

No. There isn't. I think the site for the program that changes the  
entries is

If not, try searching on Google for Sharp Keys. The program should be  
fairly easy to use. There's a list where you select the key you want  
to change, then you choose what you want to change it to. You'd want  
to set an applications key as well. Could always have that be the  
right command key, which I think Windows would call Windows on mine,  
or ALT. You can easily find out when you've changed the insert key.  
Then you can turn keyboard help on for JAWS.

I'm having some severe issues with the Video Intercept, though, even  
after reinstalling the components after updating VMWare Fusion. If  
anyone can help with this, I'd be happy. It claims it's installing it,  
but it keeps wanting me to install Video Intercept even when it  
clearly states it is being installed every time. So yeah, I don't get  
it. It's really annoying.
