This could do with a toggle in settings to either restore the default 
position of the dots, and/or, switch off this calibration so we can stick to 
the factory defaults.

That happened to me as well, with dots 1 and 2. I think I eventually 
calibrated several times in a row, and that fixed it. Thankfully, it hasn't 
happened since I managed to put things right. Try a few calibrations in a 
row, in the same mode that displays the swapped dots.
