Hi Donna,

To have items you've already purchased but haven't yet downloaded show up in
your Library, go into iTunes Preferences, in the Store pane and check the box
for "Show iTunes in the Cloud Purchases". When this box is checked, all items
you've purchased, except for those you've chose to hide, are available to
either strew or download. Right beside the title for the episode, there will
be a column which will read "Download" or "Local". Local means that the item
has already been downloaded and "Download" means that it will be downloaded if
you press that button. So, if you prefer to not use up local disk space, you
have a good Internet connection for streaming, and you don't have a data quota
to worry about, you can simply watch the episode without actually downloading
it.

HTH.
