There is an adapter you can get that let's you connect an ethernet
cable using the thunderbolt port.

I realize that there is no Ethernet port on the Air, but is there a
workaround for one to access an Ethernet connection? We do not have
WiFi at work, and though I can connect to an unsecured network easily
enough, I do not wish to do this, and it is not reliable.
