In the Flash System Pref, I have it set to allow Adobe to install updates automatically. This is only sort of true as it still requires intervention from me. When using the Adobe installers, I've found that the tab key and the spacebar are your best tools. Note that I said these options without saying the VO keys. Just press tab to get around and space to activate the button. This works 99% of the time for me when dealing with Adobe installers.
