Hi Ben,
quickbooks 2009 is almost accessible. I say almost, because although  
you can view reports successfully, and view when transactions were  
made, you cannot write checks on your own. Voiceover does not  
recognize the different fields in which you are supposed to type  
material. I was going to do a podcast on quickbooks, but decided  
against it since it lacks this functionality for voiceover users.
You can, however, choose between which clients you are viewing, and  
which expenditures you are looking at. The results are given to you in  
an accessible table.
