Hi Deb! Maybe your F12 is unchecked under keyboard shortcuts in the keyboard pref's! Open system pref's and go to keyboard, select the keyboard shortcuts tab and in the table select Mission Control! Then in the next table see if F12 for dash board is unchecked! HTH Colin
