Okay, I closed safari and started over again and now I am able to listen. I did not do anything different from before; just went to apple,com. If you are having trouble try starting over. It: s a bit distracting because I can hear one of the translators quite clearly in a background and it is not a language I know but at least now I am not missing out on it.
