Hi all, Gigi, thanks for the explanation. The tables were created by someone else. Actually I think what they did was scanned the docuement, converted it to word so I could get access to it. And I suspect this has thrown the formatting way off, which is my reason for asking the follow up question. I suspect there is a focus problem too, but I am not an experienced user. I am going to try the document in pages on my Ipad just to see if it will read a little better.
