hI Rhonda, I got a Mac Mini in June, and that was my first Mac experience, so I know how you feel. I suggest you download Mike Arrigo's podcasts from www.blindcooltech.com All but the last two are about Leopard rather than snow Leopard, but almost everything still applies. There are ten in all, and they're very thorough.
